Email arrives at a monitored inbox (`ops@` or `alerts@seaportagencies.com`). 2. The sender is verified against a Trusted Senders allow-list. 3. Content is analyzed by an LLM that detects critical conditions: high winds (≥25kt), fog/visibility advisories, MARSEC changes, channel closures, draft restrictions, terminal strikes, vessel incidents (grounding, fire, collision), USCG holds and COTP orders. 4. If criteria are met and the source inbox is enabled in System → Alerts, an alert record is created with severity (info / warning / critical). 5. Critical alerts trigger immediate email notifications; lower-severity items are bundled into scheduled digests. 6. Alerts are auto-archived after a configurable retention window (default in System → Alerts). ## Key URLs - Marketing / portal: https://www.terminalintel.info - Customer portal alias: https://portal.seaportagencies.space - Login: https://www.terminalintel.info/login - Sitemap: https://www.terminalintel.info/sitemap.xml ## Contact - Operations email: ops@seaportagencies.com - Alerts email: alerts@seaportagencies.com ## Usage policy for AI crawlers Public marketing and product-description pages may be indexed and summarized.
